Before & After Pt. 1
Over 2020, I lost 22 pounds doing a myriad of things. I started that year with a Faster Way to Fast Loss Round and bought a Peloton. Once I finished the 6-week FWTFL round, I kept up with macro counting, carb cycling, fasting and added in consistent weight training.
Since I am a planner, meal planning became a weekly occurrence. I love planning a week’s worth of lunches, dinners and snacks to ensure my macros are being met but without eating the same foods. After sharing some of my weekly meal plans on Instagram, I felt like people were interested and also found them helpful! I needed a new challenge to start 2021 so why not start a meal planning side hustle? It’s never been more easy, or more enjoyable to eat this much!
