Hi! My name is Elizabeth.

I am a 37 year old fitness & foodie enthusiast with a three year old baby girl named Emerson and an 18 month old boy named Mac. My husband and I live in Lexington, KY with our mini golden doodle, Jasper. We got married in Nantucket in 2022 and welcomed Emerson in 2023 and her brother Mac in 2025. They are our pride & joy!

I graduated from SMU with a business degree and received my MBA from Vanderbilt. I have worked in everything from traditional marketing and PR to social media and events. For the last seven years, I was the Brand Home Manager at Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville, KY. Currently, I am a stay at home mom figuring out my next adventure. In the meantime, we have been renovating our home for almost a year and anxiously awaiting moving our family back home this summer.

In my free time, I love to read (follow me on Goodreads!), cook, play Mahjong, pickle ball & plan our next travel adventure with Emerson & Mac!
